DDS Support and Contact
The DDS office will be closed to physical support but you can now contact us for short support queries via Microsoft Teams at go.uwe.ac.uk/ddsVirtualSupport.
The desk is open 9:30-12:30 and 1:30-4:30, on all days of the week, where possible.
Support Timetable week beginning 23/11/20:
We will be constantly monitoring the DDS Teams Support Channel. contact form and email account during normal office hours: Monday - Friday (where possible), 9:30am - 12:30pm and 1:30-4:30. A member of the DDS team will contact you and try to help resolve your query as soon as possible.
On very few occasions no Team members will be available to monitor the support desk. On those days please contact the Student Project Co-ordinators to book some time with us.
If you wish to book a longer consultation, or have a more extensive query about your project, please contact the Student Project Co-ordinators who will be able to book a time for you to speak to someone.
On very few occasions through the teaching block, we may not have the staff to monitor messages through the day, but we will get back to you as soon as we can.

- Teams support will be available this week Tuesday - Friday,
from 9:30am-12:30 and 1:30-4.30pm (12:30-1:30 closed for lunch).
There will be no support on Monday 23/11/20 because of workshop commitments. We apologise for any inconvenience.
