Printing in the Digital Design Studios
There are networked Black and White Laser printers in all DDS F Block rooms, and in the Graphic Design and Illustration studios.
Colour printing works through the Pharos system, with the printer located in the Yellow Room 0F11. B&W printing is free, while colour printing is charged at the standard rate.

Transparency Printing In The Digital Design Studios
We have Pharos BW printers situated in the 0F11 Yellow Room in the Digital Design Studios. They operate on a similar system to the Pharos printers in the Library. The print on transparency material (Folex or Lloyd Paton) for screen printing, litho printing and a number of other print processes. The transparencies are supplied and the price of printing reflects the cost of the materials.
The cost of printing to these printers is 50 pence per A4 sheet or £1.00 per A3 sheet.
At the bottom of this webpage, there are links to a couple of Padlets which may be of use when considering how to prepare jobs that require printing onto Folex ('frosted') or Lloyd Paton (transparent) film.

Wide format printers are available in the Print Centre. Machines in the DDS cannot print directly to them but you can prepare your work in the DDS and take the files down the Print Centre in Room 0G5. For more information see the Digital Print area here.
